Interested in hosting a booth at Bump & Beyond Fest? Here’s what you need to know.

Vendors:

Booth Fee:
$50 for current Village Guide members
$75 for non-members

Deposit:
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your booth.
This deposit applies toward your booth fee. The remaining balance is due by April 1st, 2026

Category Limits:
Some categories will be capped to ensure variety. (For example, in 2025 photographers & doulas filled quickly!)
